Fraud and Chargeback Policy Because of deadbeat losers, the phone sex industry has been plagued with high charges when processing credit card and other transactions. Deadbeat losers are people who use our service, and then they try to get out of paying the bill. We work with the Anti-Fraud Coalition, which is a partnership with the FBI to stop this kind of FRAUD. I can assure you that anyone who uses our service and tries to get out of paying for it by charging back their credit card will be PROSECUTED and that we will assist the appropriate Federal, State, and Local officials in doing this. To chargeback on your credit card for a valid transaction is FRAUD. Fraud is a FELONY. Committing a felony is a serious offense, and there are people CURRENTLY SERVING TIME IN JAIL FOR CHARGING BACK VALID TRANSACTIONS ON THEIR CREDIT CARDS. The following is our Fraud and Chargeback Policy: If you have a question about the charge, you should send an email to webmaster@ahotmaturewoman.com. We would be more than happy to discuss anything with you. If you chargeback a valid credit card transaction with us: -We will refer your account to the Anti-Fraud Coalition, Federal, State, and/or County Prosecutors for Prosecution. -We will add your name to a negative database of cardholders. This database is not only used by phone sex sites, but also by many other merchants on the internet. When you try to purchase an item with them, there will be a “red flag” by your name and your purchases will not be approved. Your name will remain on this database until you have resolved with us the amount you owe. -We will charge you a $50 chargeback fee to cover costs incurred to us because of your chargeback. -Within 5 days, we will mail you a bill. It will contain our name, your name, the length of the call, the amount you owe plus the $50 chargeback fee, and the operator you spoke with. -If you do not pay this bill within 15 days, we will send you another bill containing the same information as was in the first bill, your phone number, a copy of our operators phone bill showing the call she placed, and a detailed summary of the conversation. -If you do not pay this bill within 30 days, we will refer it to our collection agency. Our collection agency specializes in Adult Merchant transactions and will take all appropriate steps to collect this debt. Including making entries to your credit report. In other words, if you do business with us, don’t try to get out of paying for it. It’s not something you will get away with and it’s something that you could find yourself in jail for.
